Your order is confirmed once payment completes, and you'll receive an order confirmation by email.

Orders ship worldwide.

• Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days after the order is placed
• Delivery Time: varies by destination as shown at checkout

Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking number to your email.

We accept returns/exchanges within 14 days from the date of receipt if:

• Product defect due to manufacturer (missing cards, damaged box)
• Product does not match description
• Product damaged during shipping

Returns/Exchanges not accepted in these cases:

• Product used, packaging opened
• Change of mind after receipt

Every deck sold by Orim comes with a redeem code inside the box. Sign in to your account, enter the code on orim.co, and the full digital card meanings for that deck unlock on your account.
