Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of orim.co and its services, operated by Orim Press LLC ("Orim", "we"). By using Orim, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Orim, and 18 or older to make a purchase. By using the service you confirm you meet these requirements.

Orim provides tarot, oracle, and astrology readings and related content for personal reflection, guidance, and entertainment.

Readings are not professional advice. They do not predict the future with certainty and must not be used as a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters, and never disregard professional advice because of something you read here. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at hello@orim.co of any unauthorised use.

Prices for physical decks and any digital items are shown at checkout. For consumers in the EU/UK, prices are shown inclusive of applicable VAT; other taxes or duties may apply depending on your location and are shown or noted before you pay. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email.

EU/UK right of withdrawal: if you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may cancel a physical-goods order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, and return it unused in its original condition for a refund, in line with applicable consumer law. Note that digital content and personalised readings you have accessed may be exempt from this right once you have started using them, where you have consented to that.

Purchasing a deck may unlock digital card meanings and features tied to your account. Any virtual items, unlocks, or in-game currency have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, are licensed (not sold) to you for personal use, and may be modified or discontinued. Orim contains no real-money gambling.

The Orim name, site, software, chart engines, and the deck artwork and card meanings are owned by Orim or its creators and are protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without permission. Content you submit (e.g. feedback) grants us a limited licence to operate and improve the service.

You agree not to misuse the service — including no unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, and no scraping or resale of content.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including your statutory consumer rights). Subject to that, Orim is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on readings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country where you live.
